Shawn deserves 6 stars! He has been a blessing for our search. A former professor himself, he has absolutely outstanding listening and skills, understands precisely his client's needs and expectations (we are demanding!), a very didactic approach, great availability and patience. He taught us a complete Real Estate 101 in such way we felt extremely knowledgeable and safe in making our decisions. In contrats, a previous agent we worked with had only one answer: "you need to consult (someone else) to have an answer." He is extremely reactive and adaptive (at our request, even organized 8 back to back visits that felt super seamless). All wrapped in kindness and empathy. 10 stars actually!

I feel I am so lucky to have Shawn as my agent when I am buying the three units property in San Francisco. When I am considering to purchase the property last December, I have little knowledge about the locations and the best fit for my situation. Shawn spent so much time to educate me about different areas of the Cities. I have asked him so many questions and each time he is patiently explain everything in details. His intense education really shortened my learning curve from several months into just a couple of weeks. Shawn is also very dedicated broker. He answered my calls any time when he was available or will call me back very shortly. Sometime I call him in the midnight and he still serve me just like during the day. He was also very effective, capable and hard working. He helped me to arrange any properties I would like to visit at any time I want during the COVID period. Many times, I feel I am so unreasonable to ask him to let me visit those properties next day and expected him say sorry. But each time, he made it happened and gave me surprises. Shawn is also very honest person. He gave me his honest opinion if the property is a good buy. He will point out things that I have missed which helped prevent me to make a wrong decision. Working with Shawn relieved me lots of stress and make the whole process very enjoyable, because I know I have a trustworthy broker and he will catch my mistakes. Since the property we bought is a multiunit one, Shawn also helped me on many issues related to multiple units. With the help of Shawn, I got our desired property. Shawn has been an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, i've been very green to the entire process and Shawn was incredibly patient and understanding of all my dumb questions - and incredibly helpful with his knowledge of the market and industry! The house i ended up purchasing was a TIC unit which is a bit more of a niche SF thing, and Shawn was very helpful in helping me navigate the oddities of a TIC, and easing my worries of what to expect. When dealing with the selling agent, Shawn was INCREDIBLY communicative, and would answer my emails, texts, or calls at almost any time of the day. Even after closing, he was also able to point out many smaller details that i would have glossed over in my very overwhelmed state, and made it very easy to call out any small nuances i might have missed. Overall he made the entire process super easy and i'm ecstatic with my new home.
