Shawn did a great job of staying on top of all of my requests to him as well as keeping me informed on the progress status of the sale. He also did an excellent job of staying in touch with and scheduling work by all of the contractors involved in providing required repairs. In what can only be described as a challenging escrow closing process, he could not have performed any better.
