This was our second time working with Shawn. The first was 11 years ago, we were having difficulty finding an agent willing to show us houses that we wanted to see. Upon first contacting Shawn, she scheduled us for the next morning, showed us every house on our list, and we made an offer that day. Fast forward to 2023, we had the same excellent experience selling our home with Shawn. She is a consummate professional. Following all of her advice, we listed and had a bidding war in 3 days, accepted an offer, and closed quickly. We cannot recommend her enough, and her team. Working with Shawn and Tiffany while selling our home made a difficult and stressful experience positive and hassle free. The process of buying my first home was extremely confusing and a lot all at once. Some of the information was a little slow since there were holidays towards closing but all in all absolutely great experience.
