They were all affiliated with the easily-recognized real estate franchise giants in the industry. I was very disappointed by the numbers that these well-established veterans quoted me. They simply wanted me to ask for less than the house was worth. They seemed to discount or ignore important details that made my house more valuable than the ones they were comparing it to in their market analyses. Plus, some of them had a lackadaisical and flippant attitude and seemed to give no credence to my opinion or suggestions.<br/><br/>Shawn was different: He saw the value in my house. He listened to my ideas. He guided me when my thinking was incorrect. He really worked with me as a partner. He returned all of my calls promptly.
