Shawn Bolden was hired by my father to oversee some rental properties in VA. My father lived remotely in NJ. When he passed away I relied on Shawn to provide on site representation and to be fair and honest since we were not there and had no much involvement in the property. Unfortunately the experience I had with him was less than honest and professional. He never had our best interest in mind when making deals or decisions when it came to the sale, repair or rental of the property. He then terminated our management agreement mid year and left several items un-resolved. HIs accounting of one the the tenants finances was way off...
