Shawn was the missing link to my escape plan from hell. The cleaned up and repaired house is again a starter home for a young couple. I got a fair price and the satisfaction that I carried out my dead ex-husband's wishes. Buying a home in a different state seemed like a difficult task; Shawn made it very easy. Shawn spent an entire weekend showing us different areas, showing us homes on the market, and getting to know our preferences. Shawn would do virtual tours of houses, using video calls so we could "walk around" the house without having to travel several hours. Shawn made the buying process very easy, walking us through every step. Since we were out of state, she was on site for the inspections and made sure everything was complete and ready in time for closing.
