We needed a realtor to help us purchase a lot in Salida, and a friend referred us to Shawn. We were heading up for a couple days just to figure out where we wanted to be. This is our third real estate engagement involving Shawn. He helped us find and close on our first home in Chaffee County in Dec 2020. He remained aware that while we enjoyed our home here, this house did not satisfy our ultimate goal of living in town in Salida. He kept a lookout for us, and he notified us of this new build in town before it was even officially listed. We were able to tour it and work out some slight changes on the build plans in a brief period of time. He promptly listed our current home and was able to close for listing price.
