Shaunte was highly knowledgeable and extremely professional when it came to the sale of our home. After building a life and raising a family in the space for nearly 2 decades, the process was the easiest matter of all things that were on our plate. Not only did she know the market and helped us sell for more than we thought we could, she offered staging tips and a few haul-away contacts, produced almost a dozen offers after one showing, and continued to assist with small details AFTER closing. In the midst of it all, scheduling showings was simple, she responded quickly whenever we had questions, and she'd always "double-check and/or look into it" if there was anything we inquired about that required a bit of digging. Would definitely recommend! :)
