Shaunte' was very knowledgeable about the area but also kept it realistic of my odds for selling based on the neighborhood and how resales were going. She went above and beyond getting potential buyers in to see the unit. The unit was previously listed with another realtor and sat for months. Once Shaunte' did her thing it sold MUCH QUICKER than I thought, quick close and for over the asking price.
