When we moved to Roseville from Yuba City we had the great fortune into running into Shauntae at a open house they had listed. We did not purchase that home but she became our realtor and did an amazing job. She found us our dream home and took care of everything. My husband and I were referred to Shauntae by a close friend when we were looking to purchase our first home. I'm not even sure what to say. Vicki and Shauntae are amazing. We were referred to them by friends who purchased their home with their assistance. My husband and I weren't sure we were in the market because we still had a lot of saving up to do for our down payment but they stood by us for 7 months while we figured things out. The first chance we got they took us to go see houses, we picked the first house we saw, put in an offer and closed in 21 days. We had first started considering the sale of our home a few months back. Vicki and Shauntae came out and visited us at our request. What is so wonderful and effective with this mother/daughter team is Vicki has an extensive history in the real estate industry, while Shauntae focuses on the staging and marketing aspects. She knows the best ways to use social networking, such as Nextdoor and Facebook to market the home in the most efficient manner possible. In our case, we sold the home in 4 days. We had one open house, received eight offers, had a bidding war, and the result was a purchase price $20K more than the asking price! Naturally, we were thrilled. The key to working with these experienced ladies is to LISTEN to them. Take their advice on painting a room, removing furniture, and de-cluttering your home. Such measures can lead to a quicker sale, rather than weeks of inconvenience as potential buyers traipse through your home. Our experience with these two ladies was just perfect!
