It was a pleasure working with Shauna through the home buying process. I was a first time home buyer and was really unsure of what I was looking for. Her knowledge about the structure of the houses while we were looking was really impressive. Even my contractor friend that I asked to tag along on day one, said she knows her stuff. Once I found my dream home, Shauna had our offer in within the hour. During the tedious process of paperwork, inspections, and a million signatures, Shauna was there the whole way. I had many questions and her speedy response and thorough knowledge was very reassuring. When I was unable to make it to the inspection, she went and gave me the play by play. Working with her was a real pleasure and her no bull attitude was exactly what I needed. I could not recommend Shauna more.

After house-hunting for a couple years with our former realtor with no luck, we made the switch to Shauna and are so grateful we did! She proved to be very proactive & involved in our search. Always making sure we knew of anything available that could be a potential option for us right away. She put in a lot of time, driving & energy into making sure we found what we were looking for. She's very knowledgeable, friendly, genuine & honest. She always made us feel like a priority, which we hadn't felt with our previous realtor experience. Her wisdom & experience with income properties has also continued to be incredibly helpful in assisting us with renting out our previous home. Shauna was great to work with. She helped us complete the sale of our home for over asking. We had tenants at the time and she was so helpful in coordinating showing with the tenant and working around what was sometime a tricky showing schedule. She was very knowledgeable about the area, the inspection process and was quick to respond with any questions that came up throughout the process. We enjoyed working with her very much.
