Shauna was so attentive, I think she is always working! I can't remember a time she didn't text back or call us back within minutes. She replied on weekends and late in the evenings. With our schedules, we really appreciated she was willing to show us homes late evenings and weekends. She is even emailing us from Europe to help after we closed with things like getting our locks changed-we don't really know what we are doing, and Shauna has taken care of everything and explained the whole process. Shauna always went above and beyond, and made the whole process easy. She called our lender multiple times to push things along when we were not getting answers. She is funny and light hearted, and was never pushy with us. We found her on Zillow, and she quickly become our friend! We probably saw 15 homes, and she was very patient. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
Shauna helped us sell our home and purchase a new one. She was very helpful when we were having trouble getting the listing agent into the home we wanted to see and she made it happen the very next day. Every time we called or sent a text with a question or problem Shauna responded almost immediately, even when she was out of town and when she was unable to move because of a broken leg. Shauna did a great job in listing a rental house of ours for sale and also recommending a professional to do a 1031 exchange for us, which is necessary when buying another rental.
