My husband and I set out to buy a home in March of 2020, unbeknownst the crazy situation we were putting ourselves in to house hunt during the start of a pandemic. As young, first time home buyers we had little to no idea about what to expect during the process. Throughout the process, she was available for frantic late night texts, phone calls and emails. She was honest, diligent, timely and SO much fun to work with. The process is incredibly stressful and we had such a good time with her it made the process seem almost seamless. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, Shauna wagered tirelessly with the seller's agent to ensure that we had everything we needed to move into our home. Shauna also has connects with local contractors in the area which was helpful.
