I can tell you Shauna went above and beyond than any other agent I have ever seen. She is prompt, friendly, intelligent, connected and respected in the industry as well. She always knew what to do when some very difficult situations arose. I highly recommend her and know that she would do another stellar job. Buying and selling real estate in OC requires Shauna's level of professionalism and I would only use her or her firm in the future.
