I first met Shawna and Brittany Capodice, also from Polter Realty, at an open house in Port Clinton and was very impressed with their supportive follow-up and attention to my preferences. They were extremely accommodating to my schedule and masters at communication and responding to my questions. As Shawna is from the area I was looking to buy a home in, her knowledge about the local market was top-notch.
