Shauna was very accommodating to the schedule and demands set by our tenant. She was very attentive, helpful and always available via text or phone. She was prompt in attending to all questions and needs. Her advice on pricing and reductions for issues found during inspection was invaluable. We felt comfortable with her as she lead us in the right direction that benefited us. We will definitely use her again and will highly recommend her to everyone.
