Great person and he did a excellent job and with each of the properties we looked at I got all the information and more and he thought me a lot of things too,but the information on what I was getting I felt comfortable with it

First time selling a house and I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. Shaun explained every step in the process and gave me the information I needed to make knowledgeable decisions, without trying to influence me in any one particular direction. Since I was living 3 hours from my house, Shaun was always willing to pitch in and help when I couldn't make it down and his help coordinating with subcontractors, lawyers, etc. made what could've been slog a very manageable process. I highly recommend him.

Shaun is excellent. I used him to buy and sell. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional, easy to get a hold of and quick response time. We had a delay on the purchase of a property and the grass was getting overgrown. Instead of getting hit with a fine and delay things more, Shaun went to the property and cut the grass himself.
