Shaun was extremely dedicated to me from start to finish. He did his due diligence and researched the area prior to listing my home and focused on pricing us right and securing market attention with a breadth of outreach to all of his network connection to create maximum exposure of our listing. We went in with the right price which garnered a ton of interest and activity for showings and produced a bidding war on the home.
