The property I was purchasing had an usual ownership structure, which caused no end of issues with getting a mortgage. Shaun did excellent work coordinating some very complicated fixes between me, the sellers, the bank, and insurance reps.

I saw Shaun on Facebook and decided to reach out to her as I was looking for my first home. Shaun was amazing from start to finish. She was very personable, kind, responsive and patient. Every question I had, she either had an answer for or found out for me right away. She was also very honest and helped me look for what I truly wanted that was in my budget. Whenever we looked at a house or a condo, she would ask me, "Does this home make you truly happy?" Shaun understands the importance of being in a place where we are happy so that we can call it home. She truly had my best interest at heart and she did not give up until I got the beautiful home I am in now and it wouldn't have been possible without her! In my eyes, Shaun truly went above and beyond for me. She made my dream of being a homeowner come true and I'll always be grateful to her. Yup, this home truly makes me happy and it's mine!
