We had the fortunate luck to be introduced to Shaun via a family member. We already had a real estate agent at the time, but we were so impressed with Shaun’s level of knowledge and attention to detail that we decided to transition to have Shaun be our new real estate agent. Shaun continually went the extra mile to research all properties on and off the market. He spent extra time researching the market and the appropriate comps and appraisals during a very crazy market. Shaun was available essentially 24/7 for us to text or call and ask any questions during the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, Shaun was extremely patient with us and took the extra time to explain all steps throughout the entire process to put our minds at ease. Shaun’s guidance throughout the entire process was key for us as first-time homebuyers. Shaun had a mindset that he would never give up on us as challenging buyers that were not in the same strong financial position as most of our competition in Orange County. Shaun bent over backward and had a refuse to lose mindset that gave us confidence. Needless to say, but we would recommend him over any person anywhere.
