Shaun was wonderful for every step of the sale of the house. From advising about photography for the space, as well as open houses and realtors that came to the house with clients, Shaun took care of everything. The few hiccups we had from other realtors were handled by him, and I never felt that he was anything other than perfectly balancing professionalism and yet showing his warm and friendly personality. He did more work that I know of, I’m sure, and dealt with the delicate situation of a contentious divorce situation well. All information was given to both parties with transparency, and Shaun helped close this chapter well

Shaun was a helpful and attentive agent. He gave us great advice regarding the market, when to list, what offers to take, what concessions to make, etc. We received very personalized attention. After one inspection where we got dinged on silly things (like a ceiling fan didn't work when it was just the inspector didn't see it had a remote) he attended a second inspection to ensure no mistakes like that were made again. He attended our appraisal to make sure upgrades we had compared to other houses in our neighborhood weren't missed. He made sure other agents knew about cats in our home during showings and offered to check on them after if needed. Our house was on the market for a little over a month and we had a two month closing, and there wasn't a moment in the process where he wasn't engaged. His communication skills were fantastic from beginning through closing. I couldn't recommend him more.
