Wow, Shaun Greene was very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. It's extremely rare that you find someone who has so much real estate market knowledge while being easy to work with and down to earth! I've seen realtors do the typical process of opening up a home, walking throughout the house and regurgitating the listing details. With Shaun, this guy would take his time and proactively discuss details on the property. These details could be concerns, benefits, or related property information that would help make a decision. No pressure at all, if anything the pressure came from me texting in the wee hours of the night.

Shaun is an excellent realtor because he is knowledgeable, honest, and a hard worker. As a first time home buyer, Shaun made the experience easy and enjoyable. When we looked at properties, he gave me an honest assessment regarding the shape of a property and what that might mean in terms of repair. Shaun and I looked at many properties over a span of a few months and there was never any pressure from him. He was easy to talk to and very accommodating with my schedule for showings.
