Shaun did a great job of knowing the market and making the process smooth for us. Our home sold in 2 days with multiple offers for exactly what he said it would. Shaun was also very low pressure which I appreciate. I would definitely use again!

My daughter and I were looking to purchase a home for her before starting vet school this summer. We were out of state (MD) and referred by a friend to Shaun. We cannot express in words how amazing Shaun was. Needless to say purchasing a home from afar adds numerous layers of complexity and issues, but again Shaun was so stellar that it was like we were in-state the entire time. This started with him taking his time to show us different neighborhoods and houses for an entire weekend when we were in town - to then focusing on houses in one neighborhood, looking at them the minute they came on the market and letting us know whether they were worth pursuing. When it came time to put in an offer, he was extremely knowledgeable and savvy, helping us not only get an amazing home but at a great price given a very competitive market. Lastly, he took care of all inspections from home to radon, and even helped my daughter move some of her furniture when other help fell through. Which realtor does that? Now please do not ask Shaun to help you move, but if you want to buy a house - he is absolutely the best!
