Given market conditions, and the nature of the sale, when we signed with Shaun Anders of Douglas Elliman, I knew it would be a long and difficult road. An estate sale with three siblings as executors, living on both coasts, and eventually buyers that lived in two different countries. Nothing seems to phase Shuan. Shaun communicated weekly keeping us informed every step of the way; he answered all questions within hours of an email or a phone call. The best part of all he got us a fantastic price. He carefully fielded offers bringing the price up each time. Taking into consideration renovation costs, we got a top of the market price in a down market.
