BEST AGENT EVER!!!!

I've dealt with several real estate agents on both the buying and the selling end and while all of those experiences have not been bad, I have never had an agent level up like Shasta did. First, she worked with my timeline, which was painfully slow. She also worked with my needs, which were annoyingly specific. She never pushed and when I found something I thought I might like, but it turned out to be a non-option, she would always say, "your house is out there. No rush.) In the end, she not only closed the deal, but anticipated problems I never saw coming, advocated for me and talked me down of the ledge a few times. I have a house that is in my timeline and my budget and meets my needs perfectly and that for certain would not have happened without her. She even braved spiders and scary closets to get video for me. Her referrals have been on point and if you are looking for a lending agent, look no further than Codi from Summit Lending.
