Not only did she tour with me, she quickly understood what I wanted and needed! When or if I choose to sell, I’ll be reaching out to Shasta! Shasta is one of those realtors that literally watch out for you. I was gonna find myself in getting fined due to the builder not meeting proper deadlines for meeting the escrow date, Shasta did not only call the proper channels to get them to follow through, I did not get fined and I got to move in at the right time. A good realtor will work for you and find you something based on what YOU like. A good realtor is also one with integrity, honest and is effective. Shasta has all of that and more. If Shasta said you will close escrow in 30 days. She means 30 days! You will absolutely close in 30 days. If I ever buy any other homes, which I plan on doing, Shasta is my go-to person. Shasta and her Lender partner (Shawna) are the perfect pair. With this market, there are all kinds of realtors out there and many don’t have your best interest at heart. Shasta does. I usually don’t write reviews unless the service is absolutely the worst and it’s excellent. Shasta deserves her flowers for an impeccable work. Way to exceed the expectations of a first time homebuyer in this challenging market. Thank you Shasta!
