My partner and I worked with Shasta when we re-located to SW FL from New Jersey. She and her team at Southwest Florida RE Group were all professional and responsive. Shasta worked around the clock to arrange tours of homes we were interested in. She even did several zoom or virtual tours while we were back in NJ. Shasta always made us feel heard and was always available to answer questions, no matter how small. Relocating your family can be a very stressful and overwhelming process; however, working with Shasta made us feel like we always had an advocate in our corner. Shasta provided exceptional service at every step of the way. We are so grateful for her help and expertise and we are loving our new home!
