In my past years of moving, whether buying a home or selling a home, I have found Keller Williams Realtors to be the best for me and my needs to sell or buy a home. In my present choice to sell ahead of my intended years plan, again I choose Keller Williams. In meeting and talking with Keller Williams Realtor, Sharyl White, her professional mannerism, realtor knowledge in explaining the process of selling and what to expect made me feel very relaxed and confident in my choice of using Keller Williams once again. After I spoke of what I wanted or hope to do and the price I was seeking, Sharyl carefully listened, weighted the facts known of the homes in my area, and then help me to set a price that turned out to be more than what I seeking. In fact, after, after we had a buyer and my home was finally appraised, our price turned out to be great and right around the Official Appraisal price. Sharyl worked hard in the negotiating with the buyer’s realtor and it turns out all in my/our favor in the sell. My home sold in 22 days!!!!!
