Sharyl was knowledgeable about the market although I felt her initial estimate of a listing price was far too low, but she was using "realtor calculations" for a quick sale. I can appreciate that but the market demand was much higher. In the end, we got about what we thought we would but we started at a much higher listing price than her recommendation so had room to negotiate. It was a bit of a rocky experience for most reasons beyond her control but in the end, I would recommend Sharyl.

When Sharyl represents you, you become like her family. She gives you all the time in the world. No matter how often you call, she's there for you. If you're upset, she listens. She'll go to bat for you on everything. She KNOWS the market. Her negotiation skills are superb. And, most important, she has your best interest at heart, not hers and nor anyone else's.

Sharyl was so helpful with everything along the way, including ensuring the mortgage documentation was pushed through as fast as possible so we could get in our new home before school started.
