Shartay Simpson

This lady here is the TRUTH!!!! I have not one bad thing to say about her. She was truly God sent. I began working with Shartay during the summer of 2019. Between July 2019 and October 2019, I contracted 2 different homes at 2 different times and elected to terminate both contracts due to unforeseen circumstances. While going through a tough time in my life Shartay never waivered away from being supportive, patient and understanding. In that moment I felt as though I had made a true friend. She spoke to me and treated me as a friend and not as a client. Shartay NEVER pressured me into looking for a home while I was dealing with my own crisis, however she was quick to periodically check on me and to see if I needed anything. She always reassured me that she was there for me and to let her know if I needed anything. Fast forward to December 2020. With the help and support of Shartay I finally closed on a home. During the process of leading up to closing I ran into an issue that was beyond my control. Shartay gave me her word that she would pull in resources to assist with this issue. She kept her word. Without her professionalism, knowledge and patience I would not have closed on my home and there is no other way to express that. Shartay has a kind and loving spirit. She will work hard with you and for you. Words can't express how grateful I am for all that she did for me. Shartay thank you for your great act of kindness, for believing in me and not giving up on me.
