Sharon should be commended. To be completely honest she had her work cut out for her with us. Let me set the backdrop: My mom inherited a house from her sister (my aunt) who had passed away from cancer, all while my mom is facing stage 4 lung cancer herself. Sharon came in to “interview” with my mom and me. As she comes in another realtor was completing her “meet and greet”. Not, an easy thing to walk in on, but Sharon handled it with great aplomb. We were on the fence while both would have been great selections, I chose Sharon, due to her willingness to work with us and her experience. She offered a great marketing plan and did just as she said she would. It wasn’t easy especially since we were out of town remote sell and my mom isn’t that tech savvy. The video she made on the property was phenomenal, her communication was topnotch through the process. But it was her patience, understanding, and willingness to go above and beyond to get the deal done that was remarkable. Buying or selling a home is NEVER easy. Even under the BEST of circumstances it’s emotional. Factor in and unexpected inheritance, the emotion of her sister’s death, the regular skepticism of a 76-year-old, woman dying of cancer herself, a watchdog son, and 1,500 miles: It was a TALL hill to climb, and not an easy challenge to overcome- but she did! And she did so phenomenally. I would highly recommend her; she will do what it takes and she will get it done. Thank you Sharon!!!!!
