Selling my home in an over 55 community limited the market I could appeal to as a Seller. Choosing Sharon Welker as a Selling agent made the entire sales process a positive experience regardless what hurdles arose. Her knowledge of Lauderdale West Community and surrounding area was definitely an asset and her pleasant personality “sold me” on her the moment we met. Communication was excellent throughout the entire duration of the selling period and her willingness to host an OPEN HOUSE as many times as necessary to get my home sold surely paid off. I am totally satisfied with my experience with Sharon and Caldwell-Banker. Thank you, Sharon. I will miss talking with you.
