Sharon was the absolute best! This was my first home purchase so I really relied on her a lot to help me through the process. She was super responsive, incredibly friendly and very up to date and smart throughout the entire thing. She pointed out pros and cons while searching for homes (even drove me around ALL day) and helped with negotiation ideas. She was very knowledgeable about the area. On top of everything she is just so pleasant to be around. She made my first home purchase smooth and easy the entire way. Thank you so much! Would 100% recommend!

Sharon was absolutely the best realtor we have worked with! During the two year process of looking for a house in Merritt Island, we worked with several realtors, but Sharon was by far the most organized, knowledgeable, and kindest. Within the first day of working with her, she already seemed to understand our needs and was able to help us find houses we never would’ve found otherwise. She made an incredible schedule to see as many houses as possible in one day (since we were traveling from Orlando) which didn’t seem overwhelming or rushed. She offered incredible insight into the areas we were seeing which was crucial in finding the right place for us. Once we put in an offer, she kept us updated throughout the entire process, using her expertise to make it simple for us. If any hiccups appeared along the way, she would go above and beyond to make sure that everything was smoothed out and worked out in our benefit. Overall, she made buying our first home an enjoyable experience and if we ever decide to purchase another home, we would definitely chose Sharon as our realtor!
