Sharon spent time and effort preparing the house. She came to the house on weekends, bringing decorations, bedspreads and plants. She hired house cleaners and gardener to put in new plants where needed.

Sharon is incredible. There is no other way to start this review. I worked with Sharon to sell my house AFTER 2 bad experiences with 2 other realtors. To be clear, Sharon isn't incredible because I adjusted my standards, she is just that good. Sharon was ALWAYS available for me anytime I had a question or concern. She was always ready, willing and able to help with preparing my home for sale, solving problems, giving excellent advice, working with anyone and everyone to support me through the process. She is honest to the core, it is just who she is and it shows in all she does. She actually cares about her clients, not just about how much money they can make her. I met her through a referral. The person who referred me had worked with her and was amazed at how wonderful she was and how well she delivered on the sale of his home. He actually called her to tell her about me before I could call her. She reached out first and it was an outstanding experience from that day forward. She sold my house in 4 days, above the asking price for far more than I ever expected, and was with me through the entire process beginning to end! She became a highly trusted adviser and has become my friend through all of the stress and work that comes with selling a home. I only wish I would have met her before I worked with the other 2. Her work ethic is rare in today's world, especially in real estate (based on my experience), and to have someone who truly cares about you and wants you to be successful on top of that seems non-existent. I am grateful for all she did for me (which was above and beyond) and how she helped me through a very stressful time. Don't think twice if you are looking for a realtor. Sharon gets an unqualified 5 star review from me! I worked with Sharon for over 2 years getting my Pasadena house ready to sell. She was with me every step of the way. Her guidance and patience were amazing. She has a spectacular eye for design, a great knowledge of the area and works harder than any realtor I have ever met. I would recommend Sharon with full confidence and without hesitation to anyone. She has sold several of my neighbors and friends houses and everyone agrees, Sharon is the best! I have bought and sold 10 houses in my lifetime and I wish Sharon had been with me for all of them!
