Sharon Thompson

I first met Sharon when she was an associate at David Akers Allstate Agency. She treated me with respect and caring service for my policy concerns. When I found out she started her own business. I got referred to her agency. My journey, our journey to sell this property started some 3 years ago. It didn’t sell the first time, but I stuck with Sharon because I trusted her and she was always available and knowledgeable about her business. Back on the market 2021, we went back to the drawing board to update our sales posture. She took charge of all the hiring of contractors along with her associate Allison. I left everything in her hands, I left to retire in South Carolina. She is the most trustworthy person I have ever met. She sent all documentation by mail. Always answers anyone’s call. Nobody is better sorted than Sharon and her associates!

Sharon is very good at preparing the property for showings, and with getting the listing noticed by other agents. She also worked closely with me to establish the sale price and all the details of the contract, and she made the process of selling my property easy.
