Sharon Tai

Sharon is an excellent agent who helped guide me through my journey in purchasing my first home. Her knowledge and insightfulness helped ease my anxiousness throughout this whole process. She offered to show us different home listings within my area of interest and provided me with information on past sale prices within the neighborhood to help gauge what offer I should put in. She also provided clear communication between the realtors, loan agents, escrow officers, and I. Sharon always went over and beyond by offering tips and recommendations as well as asking me if I had any questions or if I was unsure of anything. Thank you Sharon for guiding me for these past few week.

we recommend working with Sharon because she is very responsive, helpful, and professional. I remember calling her to ask some questions while she was busy, she still pick up the phone and do her best to answer our questions. Even now we still reach out to her about some question and she happily giving us advices and help.

We recommend working with Miss Sharon because not only is she reliable, she’s a very patient and hardworking realtor. Even if you’re new to buying houses, she makes it much easier and will be very understanding to any confusions, especially when you need time to pick a house. We’re originally from the east coast and moving across the country was not easy but with her help, she has helped us in many ways including housing, location information, and reassurance. She has a good heart and she’s someone to rely on.

My wife and I bought our first house together with Sharon's help. She showed us so many houses and helped us all along the way. She explained the process of buying a house to us and helped us negotiate with the seller's agent when we really needed her to step up. If we ever need to buy another house here in California, we will definitely give her a call
