My wife and I were in the market for a home in the Cape Canaveral area. Sharon and her team were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond fulfilling our requests. When we were not in town she would do video tours for us of not only the home but also the neighborhood. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a home in the area.

Sharon was absolutely amazing. We were attempting to buy from a distance due to work obligations, and she went above and beyond for us. The market was pretty competitive in our price range, and they would go to a house they first day available for us and do a preliminary walk around, a video tour, and a neighborhood tour for us. It made us so comfortable, we put in an offer on a house we didn’t even get the chance to see. I am so glad we were referred to Sharon, and would recommend her to anyone I know.

Once we found what we were looking for she advised us on the offer so that we were able to get the home of our dreams even though we were not the highest bidder.
