I couldn't say enough wonderful things about Sharon. I was in a different situation- I was homebuying while living in another state. I found Sharon quite by accident- by replying to a Realtor.com home. I was immediately notified by 3 or 4 agents via text or email. Sharon was the only one who called me back, emailed and texted. She said she would help find a home and we discussed other ways to do so, which I greatly appreciated, especially in this market. She looked at several homes for me, and each time she gave her frank opinion, pointing out flaws that couldn't be seen from photos. I knew she really had MY interests in mind and wasn't out just to make a quick sale. When we finally found The House, Sharon went out to see it on a cold and rainy Holy Thursday. She crafted an offer for me that evening and submitted it following up with calls to the listing agent. Through her knowledge and persistence, even though there were six other offers the next day, including some higher bids, Sharon was able to sway the sellers towards me and I ended up with my Dream Home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who is going to do more than just meet you at a house to look at.
