After being preapproved for a mortgage, we did not realize how much was involved with different types of loans, inspections, offers, contracts, different types of properties, all the different ways properties are sold, etc. It became very overwhelming and discouraging very fast. Before working with Sharon, we did not have the best Realtor either. They acted like they were more knowledgeable than they actually were. They were not very available and often missed scheduled appointments last minute. We felt like we were being pushed into purchasing a house we were not comfortable with, as if making the sale was their first priority. Our attorney was also getting frustrated because they were not doing things correctly. After letting go of that Realtor, we were very grateful to have had Sharon recommended to us! She was the complete opposite and exceeded our expectation in every way! She is very responsive and went above and beyond to answer our questions, or find the appropriate person to answer them for us. She has a lot of connections in Real-estate, including other Realtors, Inspectors, Attorneys, etc. More importantly she is held in very high esteem by each we met. Sharon was invested in helping us find the house of our dreams. A huge load was lifted and the whole process quickly became less stressful. We highly recommend working with Sharon and her team.
