Sharon was more than a selling agent. Her team helped us prepare our house for showing with great advice and tips. They created a great website which showed off our house beautifully. Despite a challenging market (higher interest rates, and the promise of more) we got a very good and solid offer. After contract signing, the unthinkable happened. During a severe storm, a tree fell in our backyard onto the house causing damage to the soffits and gutters and slight damage to the roof line. Sharon was on the scene to supervise the tree removal, insurance adjusters and contractors to do the repair work. She did all this because we had already moved out of the area to our new residence in North Carolina! All work was done on time, closing went on as scheduled despite fastidious buyers and buyers agents. Well done Sharon.
