We first met Sharon in 2009. We live in MO but our daughter had moved to CA. Sharon worked with me long distance and with my daughter in CA for over 18 months trying to find the perfect property. She never gave up on us and when we finally found the property we thought was perfect she was there to guide us through every step of the way. 11 years later we decided to sell the property. We would not have chosen anyone but Sharon, who once again was there for us, to lead us through the quagmire of real estate transactions. Sharon is kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patient. Sharon Rollins was the best thing that happened to us when we moved to Los Angeles. We set out looking for a home in a desired neighborhood to be near a great school for our son back in 2012. At the time inventory was low and we searched for 6 months. Most of that with another realtor. Once we connected with Sharon she found us a fixer upper that was just inside our price point and we bought it. We wound up doing a major remodel, moved in and lived there happily for nearly 10 years. It was a no brainer to call her when it came time for us to sell that same property due to opportunities on the east coast. But at the time Covid 19 was raging and we had already had to relocate even though we were only half moved out. She graciously donated her time and effort helping us get moved out of the house WITHOUT EVEN BEING IN THE STATE. On top of that her sales strategy, including staging which she had a strong hand in designing, and also the price point for listing when it came time to sell, was unparalleled. We’ve moved across the country several times. Bought and sold homes in NYC, LA and NC and we only wish we had Sharon for all of the other transactions. It’s safe to say that both as a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent she has acted in a way that was above and beyond our best interest and we would not hesitate to recommend her for anyone’s real estate needs. I am the Trustee of an old friend's Trust. Sharon was one of the witnesses to the signing of that Trust and I bless the day I met her. During the Covid Pandemic when I was unable to travel from Connecticut to California she was a tower of strength to me. She managed the property in Studio City, ensuring that the landscaping was kept up, having the junk removed from the back of the house, supervising removal and distribution of the contents of the house, having the interior cleaned, and so on. She kept me informed of every step taken. This, of course, relieved me of a tremendous worry. When the Caregiver occupants of an apartment adjoining the main house were told to leave to prepare for the sale of the house, Sharon helped them find suitable accommodations in their selected area. Although the house needed much work to bring it up-to date, Sharon emphasized its location, lot size and potential to about a dozen interested bidders and finally negotiated a sale at a price exceeding two independent appraisals. Sharon's skills and knowledge, her manner of dealing with people and her dedication to guiding them through the complex requirements of buying or selling real estate, far outweigh other agents with whom I have worked in the past. To repeat, I bless the day I met Sharon.

My family and I just moved from abroad and Sharon was very patient and understanding and in helping us first find a house to temporarily rent and then buy our final house. She took her time in finding properties that were of the style we wanted and visited them with us every single time. After we decided on which house to buy she met with us multiple times and walked us through the process of the purchase and was very accommodating. Lastly, after we bought it she helped us with the renovations and maintenance of the house by sharing service contacts and recommendations.
