Sharon came highly recommended as a seasoned realtor from our lender. She is exactly what we needed. We went through an FHA loan. If you decide to go that route you will find out, if you don't already know, FHA loans are very picky on the home conditions and price. With that said, Sharon showed us some homes in our area, some in ok condition and some in not so ok condition that were within our price range. They didn't fit the standards of an FHA loan or our likes. This market right now is a sellers' market so we were worried that we would have to go back to renting. After knowing our likes and dislikes as well as our financial cap Sharon found a home that hadn't hit the MLS yet that she felt would fit us perfectly and decided to contact the seller's agent. We all were very fortunate that the homeowner granted an early viewing of the home to meet our family before its open house, the owner decided to accept our offer and remove their home from the open house listing. After communication, back and forth with seller's agent during the entire escrow we are now home owners! For some, buying a house is just that, but Sharon helped us buy a place we now call home. Sharon went above and beyond what most agents do to help our family with what is one of the most stressful times in a family's life, and for that we cannot thank Sharon enough. Sharon has helped me sell and/or buy three homes. Most recently I asked her to help me find a condo in Orange County. As usual, she did a great job. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she investigates until she finds the answer.
