Sharon is the most detailed and helpful realtor. She helped me buy a commercial property for my business. It was a difficult process because the property had a long term tenant that we wanted to keep. Also we needed to turn the property into 2 units so I could use one unit and continue to lease the other unit. Sharon negotiated at great purchase price at a time when sellers seemed to have the upper hand. I cannot recommend her more highly.
