Another example was early on when she and her husband blew out the garage and basement to tidy things up for me and I never had to be involved. Before the sell, she shared her expertise on what needed to be done to improve the sell-ability of the house. Completion of these items paid off. For the items that I couldn’t do or didn’t know who to hire to complete the work, she gave me referrals. What an easy experience for me. Sharon kept me updated on house showings and comments about the house from potential buyers. She also kept me grounded when sometimes I heard things I didn’t like! I could call or text anytime to find out how the house showings were going or to even ask a whole host of questions. Sharon is up beat, confident and encouraging. Her knowledge of the current housing market, agents and even what’s selling, what’s not selling and why are very important aspects of pulling off a home sell. Mine wasn’t easy! She found the strong points in this older home like big and wide 2x4 construction, that my dad and his brothers didn’t cut any corners and there were extras built in back in those days that you didn’t find in other homes built then. She pointed these out to other agents and buyers. I didn’t spend a lot of extra money to sell this house as Sharon concentrated on these positives and got others to see the house this was and what it could be for them!
