Ray Ray was recommended by several people in SLV as THE real estate agent to sell our house. On our initial interview, she spent a long time talking and getting to know us and then explaining how she went about marketing properties. To her advantage, she lives in SLV and knows all the little nuances and tidbits of information needed to buy or sell a home. A major selling factor for us was the fact that our house is right on the water with a gentle slope to walk to the shore. We also have a cleared Corp line so the lake is easily visible from the deck and there are public and private docks nearby but none obscuring the view. Ray Ray knew how to market that to our advantage and benefit. Our house was just 5 years old, which is still in style with very few updates, if any, needed. One of the best things she did was to have a professional photographer and videographer plus a drone operator to film our home. She knows her market, what a house will bring on the market, and how to get people interested in purchase. The fact that our house sold to the third “looker” speaks volumes about her expertise in getting a house on the market and sold. The fact that she had the highest # and dollar value of sales last year was further testimony of her dedication to selling and matching buyers with the best house for them.
