Sharon truly did exceed our expectations in selling our Lake Lure, NC home. She carefully reviewed our home, our desired price, and other details. She proposed a very aggressive marketing program for the home. We have moved about 12 times before this sale and the next step has not happened before. We signed with Sharon and a couple of days later she ask to meet with us again. She stated that after review of our home and the current market we should ask a higher price. This effort on her part ultimately resulted in selling our home for $75K higher than we had anticipated. Sharon handled every detail in a professional and efficient manner. She later sold an adjoining acreage for us with the same level of efficiency. My wife and I did not know Sharon prior to our sale and she was recommended to us by a trusted friend. Through our business relationship she has become a friend we would definitely recommend as a home real estate agent.

She was out of town when I reached out but quickly made arrangements for us to see a property with a co-worker until she could get back to guide us through the buying process. Her communication was amazing as was her knowledge of what was necessary to make the transaction possible. Sharon is always very upfront and doing 100% for her client. She is not afraid to approach a hard topic so that her client can be informed and make the best decision based on all of the possibilities.
