About Sharon

I am a dedicated real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. My journey began in New Jersey, where I grew up in a close-knit Italian family. The significance of home and family life was deeply ingrained in me from a young age, and this foundation has fueled my passion for homes. In 1996, I moved to Atlanta, GA to pursue a career in real estate. I completed my training and gained valuable experience in both residential and commercial sales. My career took a new direction in 1999 when I married my husband, Michael, and together we launched SMJ Construction Group. For more than two decades, we focused on designing, building, and flipping custom homes in the Myrtle Beach and Florence areas. With my husband nearing retirement, I am excited to return to my roots in real estate sales. My extensive background in both the construction and sales aspects of the industry equips me with a comprehensive, well-rounded understanding of homes and their value.
