I am a first time homebuyer and I had no idea where to start. Once I started working with Sharon, she immediately made me feel less overwhelmed and more excited! She is quick to respond and on top of all the necessary paperwork. I can tell she’s very passionate about her job and it clearly shows by the way she cares for her clients. Originally, the house was not going to include a washer and dryer, she helped negotiate the terms so that we could get a washer and dryer, but she also helped negotiate an extra fridge the sellers had in the garage! There were many bonuses she was able to negotiate for us, that were appreciated, such as HOA fees, inspections, etc. While showing us homes in a several areas, she was very patient and quickly noticed what area we were leaning towards. She took into consideration the list of wants and dealbreakers we included, but she also took note of our nonverbal cues on what we liked and disliked at each showing. As a first time homebuyer, this process was way easier than I expected, but I have to give the credit to Sharon for making this such a smooth and enjoyable process! She also attended our signing day to provide both physical and emotional support.
