This was, by far, the best agent at her company and perhaps in the surrounding area! Sharon was always on top of things - way before the dates pertaining to the subject. With the hurricane, she knew what to do with the insurance claims, what was needed for closing, etc. She was in touch with me every day, either through emails or phone calls. She wrote four contracts and two backup ones. I pulled out of the four which turned out to be to my luck as this backup contract, that I did get, was the best house of all! Through it all, she kept such an upbeat attitude.

Where do I start? I sold real estate for twenty years and even had my own small company so I know a lot about the business. My agent, went way beyond my expectations. She was always there to answer my phone calls or got back to me what seemed to be within minutes. She kept in touch with emails as well. She reminded me of the important dates coming up; what was to be expected from the inspection; what to do with the hurricane damage (new to me being from CO). I could not have had a BETTER AGENT if I had cloned one.

We were very impressed with how she staged the house. A lot of time and thought went into making the house look its best.
