Sharon is without a doubt the absolute best real estate agent you could possibly have by your side! She's not just trying to sell you a house or trying to make money off of you. She will be your best friend, your ride or die during the whole process. She'll be very honest and up front about everything. Trust her if she says something seems...off about a property, neighborhood, or a company because she will be right. And her communication is top notch! She will answer any questions you have asap and she keeps in constant contact as things are happening. I highly recommend to use her preferred title company and mortgage broker as they are worth it! Sharon expertly guided us in buying a HUD home( a government owned house so it's a tedious process), and helped us immensely when we had to fire our first mortgage broker less than 2 weeks out from closing (we would have had to walk away from this house because of extremely inaccurate closing costs estimates, IF they had even been able to meet the deadline, which they busted our first closing date and didn't inform us that was going to happen). She recommended a mortgage broker that she has worked with on numerous occasions and they pulled off a miracle for us at a better rate and lower closing costs. I will be forever thankful for Sharon and the people she recommended!

Sharon is a Superwoman! I wanted out of my rental and I had a timeline and an area of Maryland I wanted to live in. I straight up gave her my criteria for a home and she DELIVERED and on top of that, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Sharon picked up on all the things I wouldn't want in a house on the first open house! She read my mind and got me the list of homes that fit me and did not waste my time with homes that wouldn't have made it on my top three list. Sharon is very knowledgeable with the area, an excellent communicator, and an expert in dealing with anything and everything about the whole home buying (and selling) process from start to finish. The dream home I ended up purchasing was not easy closing on. Absolute chaos from the seller from the original closing date of April 15 to the actual closing date of April 19! The seller was pulling questionable tactics left and right and Sharon FOUGHT to get the seller's realtor in line! My spirit was just shattering, but Sharon picked me up, fought for what I wanted and what was right and got me through the finish line which was the final closing date. Sharon was by my side signing all the papers in closing and was kind to ensure I was safe and settled into my new home. Sharon was just amazing! Absolutely FEARLESS and wasn't afraid to pick up the phone and talk to whomever was necessary to move the process and the communication amongst all the parties (seller's realtor, lenders, title companies, inspectors, etc.) along. Sharon has dedicated a lot of her time with straightening things out which made things simple on my end. It was nothing but obstacles that kept popping up even 30 minutes prior to the final closing appointment, but she stood her ground and got everything lined up!! Sharon's got a backbone made of titanium! She's amazing and will absolutely recommend anyone wanting to buy, sell, or both a home, to work with her!
If I could give Sharon 50 stars for Responsiveness I would. As many of us know, one house buying process is a little unique from another. When I had questions, no matter the time or day, Sharon was giving me answers way faster than anticipated. When she didn’t have an answer she would hunt it down from where ever and whoever she could. When it came to my schedule, Sharon worked around every circumstance. We had days where we saw 6 houses back to back and days where we only saw one or two. Sharon was exceptionally personable. Treating me like she would her own kids, she gave me advice along the way and was always honest with her opinions on the home which ultimately helped me feel comfortable not settling for the first thing I found. I found a great home that was a happy middle ground in the sense that I can update it and make personal changes still but it’s an older home that is sturdy and well built that doesn’t need hardly anything done to it. I couldn’t have asked for better. When it came to finding the right Lender and Inspection team, you guessed it. Sharon provided guidance there too! Overall, Sharon supplied me with a fantastic team that made my first home buying experience, despite the pressure I felt in my personal life, outstandingly relieving. She took a lot of weight of my shoulders and constantly reassured me and checked in on me for thoughts, opinions, and just overall to see how I was feeling. At the end of the day, there is no one else that I could recommend to take better care of you. I wish there was a Sharon in every state because everyone deserve the exceptional service and kindness that she provides.
